Process Simulate

Process Simulate 17 Portable

Process Simulate 17 Portable Process Simulate 17 Portable is the Tecnomatix solution for 3D simulation and offline programming of manufacturing processes in the automotive body shop. Robots, humans, tools and conveyors are modeled together, and the sequence — welding, stud welding, sealing, handling — is verified against cycle time and feasibility before a single line component is ordered.

Core Functions. The path editor creates robot programs around real kinematics, distributes weld and seal points, and optimizes motion for cycle time; collision detection with accurate gun geometry protects the cell during every simulated second. Human simulation validates reach and ergonomics at manual stations, and the line-mode couples stations through conveyors and buffers to prove the overall production flow. Operation sequences, resource behavior and event logic model the control side, and the COM/OPC interfaces connect to PLC emulation for virtual commissioning. Offline output reaches the shop floor in native robot languages, and the portable packaging of this build runs the engineering environment without a full installation — practical for commissioning laptops and isolated networks.

What this version offers. Version 17 carries the complete spot and arc welding, sealing and human-simulation toolset of the 17 line, with the mature import filters and corrections of the release.

Supported Systems. Supported systems: Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit. Recommended: 32 GB RAM, 40 GB free disk space, a professional graphics card.
