K-ROSET 1.8.3 K-ROSET 1.8.3 is the Kawasaki robot programming and simulation environment. Robot, tool and workpiece are modeled on the PC, programs are written in KIDE/AS-language context, and the virtual robot executes them with the same behavior as the E-controller on the floor.
Core Functions. The 3D station imports CAD geometry, defines tools and fixtures, and builds the program with teach points and motion instructions. The simulator checks reach, singularities and collisions and measures cycle time; the editor refines approach vectors and speeds accordingly. AS-language programs — the native Kawasaki controller language — are edited with syntax support and downloaded to the real controller. Arc welding, handling and palletizing application templates carry process parameters, and the I/O simulation couples peripheral logic to the robot cycle. Program and parameter backup, restore and comparison support long-term service of installed Kawasaki cells.
New in Version 1.8.3. Version 1.8.3 continues the 1.8 line with broader robot model coverage, refined CAD import, and the accumulated fixes of the release train.
Supported Systems. Supported systems: Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit. Recommended: 8 GB RAM, 15 GB free disk space, a discrete graphics card.
