KV STUDIO Ver. 11.62 KV STUDIO Ver. 11.62 is the KEYENCE engineering environment for the KV series nano and micro PLCs. For the small, fast control tasks of packaging and inspection machines — the jobs a KV is built for — it provides the ladder program, the monitoring and the simulation in one compact package.

Core Functions. Ladder programming with high-speed counters, pulse output and positioning instructions exploits the KV’s microsecond scan; the online monitor shows contacts and coils live, and the trend recorder captures fast signals a normal scan would miss. The simulator runs the program against virtual inputs before hardware exists. Structured text and function blocks complement ladder for math-heavy sections, and the unit tester automates repeated program checks. Module configuration covers the expansion racks, and the bank/camera linkage integrates KEYENCE vision into the control flow. Comments, custom monitor symbols and printable documentation keep small programs maintainable for years, and file compatibility between KV Studio versions protects the installed base.

New in Version 11.62. Version 11.62 supports the KV-5000/3000 generation, refines the debugger and simulator workflow, and collects the fixes of the release.
