Visual Components 4.1

Visual Components 4.1 Visual Components 4.1 is the 3D manufacturing simulation platform for machine builders and system integrators. Production concepts are assembled from a large component library, simulated in minutes, and communicated as videos and reports that a customer can read without engineering training.

Core Functions. Drag-and-drop modeling builds cells from robots, conveyors, feeders and human operators, and components from different vendors snap into one behavior framework. The product editor defines parts and processes; the process modeling connects flow, sequences and logic visually. Cycle-time analysis, bottleneck detection and throughput statistics evaluate the concept quantitatively, and the layout can be balanced and re-arranged interactively during a meeting. Camera paths turn the model into presentation videos; reports export the numbers. The Python interface and component API customize behavior where the standard blocks end, ready-made robot programs can be generated for real controllers, and collision and reach checks protect the design before hardware commitment.

New in Version 4.1. Version 4.1 is an early release of the 4.x generation: the established component and process modeling with the interface conventions before the later UI overhaul, plus the fixes of its train.

Supported Systems. Supported systems: Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit. Recommended: 16 GB RAM, 20 GB free disk space, a discrete graphics card.
