ROBODK 5.2.0

ROBODK 5.2.0 ROBODK 5.2.0 is an offline robot programming package that works across robot brands. The same cell, the same simulation and the same program target ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, UR and more — each generated in the native language of its controller.

Core Functions. Robots, tools and fixtures are imported from CAD; targets are picked on the geometry itself and joined into programs with a few clicks. The 3D simulation shows reach, speed and cycle time, collision maps flag dangerous zones, and the joint-speed and axis-limit checks keep programs executable on the real machine. A G-code-style movement language plus a Python API open program generation to parameterized families of parts — change a dimension, regenerate, post to the controller. Post-processors exist for dozens of controller variants and can be customized per robot. Applications include milling, welding, dispensing, 3D printing and pick-and-place, with calibration tools (tool, frame, robot) aligning the virtual cell with the real one after deployment.

New in Version 5.2.0. Version 5.2.0 extends the driver and post-processor coverage, improves the machining and welding add-ins, and carries the accumulated fixes of the 5.x line.

Supported Systems. Supported systems: Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit. Recommended: 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space; a mid-range discrete GPU improves large-cell simulation.
