DELMIA V5 R2022 DELMIA V5 R2022 is the Dassault Systèmes digital manufacturing environment on the 3DExperience-era V5 foundation. Product, process and resource come together in one model: the part geometry from CATIA, the operations that build it, and the machines, fixtures and workers that execute them.
Core Functions. Process planning structures manufacturing in DPE-style deliverables — operations, precedence, documentation — while DELMIA’s workbench set covers robot programming, ergonomics and machining in the V5 shell. Human task simulation checks reach, vision and lifted loads against ergonomic standards. Device and resource modeling builds kinematic machines and fixtures, and the manufacturing program links product features to process steps. Gantt-style sequencing and resource allocation analyze utilization and bottlenecks, and 3D shop-floor layout keeps real distances and reachability in every evaluation. The PPR hub ties the whole chain together and hands over documented, geometrically verified processes to production.
New in R2022. The R2022 release continues the V5 line with broader 3DExperience interoperability, refreshed resource catalogs, faster simulation handling, and the accumulated corrections of the release train.
